পহেলগামের ঘটনার দেড় সপ্তাহ পাড়। এখনও পাকিস্তানকে মক্ষোম জবাব দেয়নি ভারত। ইতিমধ্যেই দুই দেশই একাধিক চুক্তি বাতিল করে কূটনৈতিক সম্পর্ক ছিন্ন করেছে। তবে জঙ্গি হামলার প্রতিবাদে ভারত পাকিস্তানকে এখনও উচিত শিক্ষা দিতে পারেনি। তবে যেভাবে সীমা্ন্ত এলাকায় প্রস্তুতি শুরু হয়ে গিয়েছে, তাতে আশা করা যাচ্ছে আগামী কয়েকদিনের মধ্যে পাকিস্তানের ওপর হামলা করতে পারে ভারত। এই প্রসঙ্গে বিজেপি বিধায়ক শুভেন্দু অধিকারী (Suvendu Adhikari) অবশ্য যথেষ্ট আশাবাদী। তাঁর মতে, “ভারত অবশ্যই পাকিস্তানকে এর জবাব দেবে। পাকিস্তানের অবস্থা প্যালেস্তাইন ও গাজার মতো করা উচিত। তাহলেই ওরা শায়েস্তা হবে”।
