৩ কেজি ওজনের একটি হাতির দাঁত (Elephant Tusk) নিয়ে পাচারের (Smuggling) জন্য যাচ্ছিল এক ব্যক্তি। খবর পেয়ে তাকে গ্রেফতার (Arrest) করেন বন দফতরের আধিকারিকরা (Forest department officials)।
৩ কেজি ওজনের একটি হাতির দাঁত (Elephant Tusk) নিয়ে পাচারের (Smuggling) জন্য যাচ্ছিল এক ব্যক্তি। খবর পেয়ে তাকে গ্রেফতার (Arrest) করেন বন দফতরের আধিকারিকরা (Forest department officials)। শনিবার ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে জলপাইগুড়ি (Jalpaiguri) জেলার বৈকুন্ঠপুর ফরেস্ট ডিভিশনের (Baikunthapur forest division) অন্তর্গত বেলাকোবা ফরেস্ট রেঞ্জে (Belacoba forest range)। ধৃতের নাম মনিকান্ত গোয়ালা বলে জানা গেছে।
