হাওড়া থেকে নিউ জলপাইগুড়ি ছুটল বন্দে ভারত এক্সপ্রেস (Howrah-New Jalpaiguri Vande Bharat Express Video)। সোমবার ছিল এই সেমি হাইস্পিড ট্রেনের প্রথম ট্রায়াল। আর প্রথম ট্রায়ালেই লক্ষ্যভেদ। ঘণ্টায় ১৩০ কিলোমিটার গতিবেগে ছুটেছে ট্রেন। সোমবার হাওড়ার থেকে নিউ জলপাইগুড়ির উদ্দেশ্যে ছেড়েছিল বন্দে ভারত এক্সপ্রেস (Vande Bharat Express )। সময় লেগেছিল ৭ ঘণ্টা ৫২ মিনিট। আর হাওড়া ফিরেছে আরও কম সময়ে। ৭ ঘণ্টা ৩০ মিনিটে পৌঁছে গিয়েছে হাওড়া।
