গত বছরের ১৫ সেপ্টেমবর সিবিআইয়ের হাতে গ্রেফতার হওয়ার পর থেকে ১৪ মাস ধরে বিচারাধীন হেফাজতে ছিলেন তিনি। কলকাতা হাইকোর্টের ডিভিশন বেঞ্চের পক্ষ থেকে শর্তসাপেক্ষ জামিন মঞ্জুর করা হয়।
