মঙ্গলবারের মধ্যে কমিশনকে এ ব্যাপারে হলফনামা জমা দিতে বলেছে প্রধান বিচারপতি প্রকাশ শ্রীবাস্তব ও বিচারপতি কেসাং ডোমা ভুটিয়ার ডিভিশন বেঞ্চ।
করোনা সংক্রমণের বাড়বাড়ন্তে ২২ জানুয়ারি কি চার পুরসভার ভোটগ্রহণ (Municipal Corporation Elections) সম্ভব? রাজ্য নির্বাচন কমিশনকে হলফনামা জমা দিয়ে জানাতে বলল কলকাতা হাইকোর্ট (Calcutta High Court)। এই মামলার শুনানির পরবর্তী তারিখ ১১ জানুয়ারি।
Calcutta High Court asks West Bengal State Election Commission to submit an affidavit to inform whether the four municipal corporation elections can be conducted or not on 22nd January. The next date of hearing is 11 January.
