ভারতীয় (Indian GDP) জিডিপির গতি বৃদ্ধি করতে বড় ভূমিকা নিল ইউটিউব (Youtube)। আইএএনএসের খবর অনুযায়ী, ২০২১ সালে ইউটিউবের মাধ্যমে রোজগার করেছেন বহু মানুষ। যার ফলে ইউটিউবের ক্রিয়েটিভ ইকোসিসটেম ভারতীয় জিডিপিতে ১০ হাজার কোটি যুক্ত করেছে। ভারতে প্রায় সাড়ে সাত লক্ষ মানুষ ইউটিউবের মাধ্যমে রোজগার করেন। শুধু তাই নয়, তাঁরা যে অর্থ ইউটিউবের মাধ্যমে রোজগার করেন, তা যেন পূর্ণ সময়ের চাকরির বেতনের সমান বলে জানানো হয় গুগলের মালিকানাধীন এই কোম্পানির তরফে।
