গত কয়েক মাসে বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন কোম্পানিতে চাকরি ছাঁটাইয়ের ঢেউ উঠেছে। এখন তার মধ্যে নতুন সংস্করণ সফটওয়্যার কোম্পানি ওকটা (Okta Inc.) তাদের সিইও টড ম্যাককিনন (Todd McKinnon)ইতিমধ্যেই ৩০০ কর্মচারীকে ছাঁটাইয়ের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছেন। সিইও টড ম্যাককিনন চাকরি ছাঁটাইয়ের কথা জানিয়ে বলেন, ওকটা (Okta) তার ৫% কর্মী ছাঁটাই করছে। বৃহস্পতিবার এই কথা কর্মচারীদের একটি ই-মেইলে জানানো হয়েছে, পাশাপাশি কোম্পানির কর্পোরেট ব্লগেও পোস্ট করা হয়েছে।
