Apple : অ্যাপেলের সিস্টেম সাপোর্ট ওয়েবসাইটে সমস্যা, টুইটারে অভিযোগ গ্রাহকদের
টুইটারে এই বিষয়ে অনেকেই অভিযোগ জানিয়েছেন। তবে সবার ক্ষেত্রেই ঘটছে না এমন সমস্যা।
অ্যাপেলের সাপোর্ট ওয়েবসাইট ডাউন হওয়ার অভিযোগ। অ্যাপেল ব্যবহারকারীদের সুবিধার জন্য একটি ওয়েবসাইট রয়েছে সংস্থার পক্ষ থেকে। যেটিকে সিস্টেম স্ট্যাটাস ওয়েবপেজ বলা হয়। যার মাধ্যমে বিভিন্ন অনলাইন এবং ক্লাউড সার্ভিস পেয়ে থাকেন গ্রাহকরা।
সেই ওয়েবসাইট নাকি 'এরর' দেখাচ্ছে বলে অনেকেই অভিযোগ করেছেন টুইটারে। তবে সবার ক্ষেত্রেও যে এমনটা ঘটছে তাও কিন্তু নয়।
কেন এই ধরনের সমস্যা দেখা দিচ্ছে বেশ কিছু ব্যবহারকারীদের ক্ষেত্রে তা জানা যায়নি।
