প্যারিস অলিম্পিক গেমস ২০২৪-এর উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে ২৬শে জুলাই ৪২টি নদী কোম্পানির মোট ১১৬টি প্যারিসীয় এবং আঞ্চলিক নৌকাকে সাইন নদীতে যাত্রা করার জন্য চিহ্নিত করা হয়েছে বলে আয়োজকরা ঘোষণা করেছে। প্যারিস থেকে ৯৮ শতাংশ নৌকা ভাড়া করা হলেও আগামী বছর উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে অংশ নিতে তাদের নৌকাও পাঠাবে স্ট্রাসবার্গভিত্তিক সরবরাহকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান বাটোরামা। ২০২১ সালের ডিসেম্বরে, আয়োজকরা সেইন নদীর তীরে উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানটি উপস্থাপন করার জন্য তাদের উচ্চাকাঙ্ক্ষা প্রকাশ করে, যেখানে কমপক্ষে ৬ লক্ষ দর্শক গ্র্যান্ড পার্টিতে উপস্থিত ছিল। এই গ্রীষ্মকালীন গেমসের আসরের উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠান হবে প্যারিসের একটি স্টেডিয়ামের বাইরে এবং শহরের প্রাণকেন্দ্রে। উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানের জন্য আনুমানিক এক লাখ টিকিট বিক্রি করা হবে। ৯০ ইউরো থেকে শুরু করে ২৭০০ ইউরো পর্যন্ত টিকিট বিক্রি করা হবে।
