প্যারিসে অনুষ্ঠিতব্য অলিম্পিক মশাল রিলের যাত্রা শুরু হবে আজ শুক্রবার। আয়োজকরা জানিয়েছেন, আগামী শুক্রবার থেকে মার্সেইতে (Marseille) শুরু হবে অলিম্পিক মশাল রিলে। ২০২৪ সালের বসন্তে ফ্রান্সের মাটিতে অলিম্পিক শিখাকে স্বাগত জানানোর সম্মান ও সৌভাগ্য অর্জন করবে মার্সেই। আয়োজকদের এক বিবৃতিতে বলা হয়, তিন মাস্তুলবিশিষ্ট 'বেলেম' (Belem) নামের এই জাহাজটি এথেন্স থেকে ভূমধ্যসাগর পাড়ি দিয়ে মার্সেইতে পৌঁছাবে। গ্রীসে প্রাচীন অলিম্পিক গেমসের স্থানে প্রজ্বলিত হওয়ার পর অলিম্পিক শিখা এথেন্সে যাবে। অলিম্পিক শিখার আগমনের পর, মার্সেই অলিম্পিক মশাল রিলের প্রথম পর্যায়ের আয়োজন করবে, এটি একটি মহাকাব্যিক দেশব্যাপী যাত্রার সূচনা যা কয়েক সপ্তাহ স্থায়ী হবে এবং ফ্রান্সের অলিম্পিক গেমস উদযাপনের সূচনা করবে।
