সরকারি ভাবে দলের কোচের (Coach) নাম জানিয়ে দিল ইস্টবেঙ্গল (East Bengal)। আসন্ন মরসুমে কলকাতা জায়ান্টদের কোচ হিসাবে দেখা যাবে ভারতীয় ফুটবলের চেনা মুখ স্টিফেন কনস্টানটাইকে (Stephen Constantine)। ইস্টবেঙ্গলের কোচ হতে পেরে তিনিও যে খুশি, তা জানিয়েছেন কনস্টানটাইন। টুইটারে তিনি লেখেন, "ইমামি ইস্টবেঙ্গলের কোচ হতে পারায় আমি ভীষণ খুশি এবং উত্তেজিতও বটে। ওখানে পৌঁছে কাজ শুরু করার জন্য আর অপেক্ষা করতে পারছি না।"
