আজ থেকে শুরু হচ্ছে উত্তরাখণ্ড বিধানসভার বাজেট অধিবেশন। অধিবেশনের প্রথম দিনে রাজ্যপাল ভাষণ দেবেন। বাজেট পেশ করা হবে ২০ ফেব্রুয়ারি দুপুর সাড়ে ১২টায়। এইবার জাতীয় ই-বিধান (E-Vidhan App) অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের অধীনে প্রথমবারের মতো সমাবেশ পরিচালনা করা হবে। এই উদ্দেশ্যে সমস্ত বিধায়কের ডেস্কে ল্যাপটপ বসানো হয়েছে। বিধানসভার স্পিকার উল্লেখ করেছেন যে এটি একটি কাগজবিহীন সমাবেশের দিকে একটি পদক্ষেপ, এবং পরে, সমাবেশটি সম্পূর্ণ কাগজবিহীন হবে।
