উত্তরাখণ্ডের চামোলিতে হেলাং-মারওয়ারি বাইপাসের উপর পাহাড়ের চাঁই ভেঙে পড়ার ঘটনা মাঝে মধ্যেই ঘটে। ফলে ওই রাস্তায় যান চলাচল বেশ বিপজ্জনক।
উত্তরাখণ্ডের (Uttarakhand) হেলাং-মারওয়ারি বাইপাসে মর্মান্তিক দুর্ঘটনা। পাহাড় কাটার সময়ে বিশাল চাঁই ভেঙে এসে পড়ল পাহাড় কাটার যন্ত্রের উপরেই। পিষে মৃত্যু হল পাহাড় কাটার যন্ত্র চালকের। সোমবার একপ্রকার ঝুঁকি নিয়েই চলছিল পাহাড় কাটার কাজ। হঠাৎই ঘটে গেল অঘটন। পাহাড়ের বড় বড় বোল্ডার ভেঙে এসে পড়ে ওই মেশিনের উপর। মর্মান্তিক মৃত্যু কর্মীর। উত্তরাখণ্ডের চামোলিতে হেলাং-মারওয়ারি বাইপাসের উপর পাহাড়ের চাঁই ভেঙে পড়ার ঘটনা মাঝে মধ্যেই ঘটে। ফলে ওই রাস্তায় যান চলাচল বেশ বিপজ্জনক।
