ভারী বৃষ্টিতে রাস্তায় জল জমে চরম ভোগান্তি উত্তর প্রদেশের মথুরায়। ভারী বৃষ্টির পর মথুরার নতুন বাস স্ট্যান্ডের কাছে রেলওয়ে ব্রিজের নিচে জল জমে গিয়েছে, যার ফলে যাত্রীদের অসুবিধার সম্মুখীন হতে হয় এবং যান চলাচল ব্যাহত হয়। মুষলধারে বৃষ্টিপাতের ফলে মথুরা শহরের অনেক জায়গাযতেই জল জমে গিয়েছে।
