শৈতপ্রবাহে কাঁপছে দিল্লি সহ গোটা উত্তর ভারত (North India)। তাপমাত্রার পারদ ১ থেকে ২ ডিগ্রির মধ্যে ঘোরাফোরা করছে। সকাল থেকেই ঘন কুয়াশায় ঢাকা পড়েছে দিল্লি সহ আশেপাশের বিস্তীর্ণ এলাকা। এদিকে ঘন কুয়াশার কারণে উত্তর ভারতগামী কমপক্ষে ৩৬টি ট্রেন দেরি (Train Delayed)-তে চলছে বলে জানানো হয়েছে ভারতীয় রেল কর্তৃপক্ষের (Indian Railways) তরফে। ওই তালিকায় উল্লেখযোগ্য ভাবে আছে কামাখ্যা-দিল্লি ব্রম্মপুত্র মেইল, পূর্বা এক্সপ্রেস সহ দ্রুতগামী আরও ট্রেন।
