নাবালিকার যোনিতে আঙুলের খোঁচা গোপনাঙ্গে কোনওকিছু প্রবেশের সমান নয়। যোনিতে আঙুলের খোঁচাকে গোপনাঙ্গে কিছু প্রবেশের সঙ্গে তুলনা করা যাবে না। এমনই জানাল সুপ্রিম কোর্ট। তবে যৌনতায় উত্তেজিত করতেই যোনিতে আঙুলের খোঁচাকে অপরাধ হিসেবে গণ্য করা হবে। যৌন অপরাধ থেকে শিশুদের সুরক্ষিত করতেই এই নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়।
