নয়াদিল্লিঃ প্রতিবারের মতোই ভোট গণনার(Lok Sabha Election Results 2024) সকালে ভগবানের আশীর্বাদ নিতে গেলেন কংগ্রেস নেতা শশী থারুর (Shashi Tharoor)। ভগবানের দর্শন করেই ভোট গণনায় চোখ রাখেন তিনি। এ বারও তার অন্যথা হল না। তবে বিশেষ কোনও প্রত্যাশা নেই তাঁর। সংবাদমাধ্যমকে সাফ বললেন, "ভোটবাক্সে মানুষ উত্তর দিয়ে দিয়েছেন। এ বার যা হবার তাই হবে। একবার ভোট গ্রহণ হয়ে গেলে আর কিছু বলার থাকে না। এর থেকে বড় কিছু আর হতে পারে না। মানুষের রায় মানুষ দিয়েছেন, তা নিয়ে আমার আলাদা করে কিছু বলার নেই।"
