অজিত পাওয়ারের দলকে আসল এনসিপি হিসেবে মনোনীত করেছে নির্বাচন কমিশন। এবাীর সেই সিদ্ধান্তের বিরুদ্ধে শীর্ষ আদালতে পিটিশন দাখিল করল শরদ পাওয়ারের নেতৃত্বাধীন এনসিপি।
কোর্টের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে পাওয়া তথ্য অনুযায়ী বিবাদী হিসেবে অজিত পাওয়ারকে উপলক্ষ্য করে াদালতে পিটিশন দাখিল করা হয়েছে।
