যৌন উদ্দীপনা জাগিয়ে তোলে এমন পোষাক পরিহিত অবস্থায় যদি কেউ শ্লীলতাহানির শিকার হন, তাহলে সেই ঘটনাকে যৌন হেনস্তা (Sexual harassment) বলা যাবে না।

যৌন উদ্দীপনা জাগিয়ে তোলে এমন পোষাক পরিহিত অবস্থায় যদি কেউ শ্লীলতাহানির শিকার হন, তাহলে সেই ঘটনাকে যৌন হেনস্তা (Sexual harassment) বলা যাবে না। গত ১২ আগস্ট যৌন হেনস্তা সংক্রান্ত একটি মামলায় এমনই রায় দিল কেরালার কোঝিকোড়ের দায়রা আদালত।
