অতিরিক্ত বৃষ্টির (heavy Rainfall) ফলে জলমগ্ন (water logging) হয়ে পড়েছে অসমের (Assam) বাকসা জেলার (Baksa district) বারামা শহরের (Barama town) একাধিক অংশ। বেশিরভাগ জায়গায় জল জমে বন্যা পরিস্থিতির ( flood-like situation) সৃষ্টি হয়েছে। এর ফলে সেখানকার মানুষ নিজেদের ঘর ছেড়ে নিরাপদ স্থানে আশ্রয় নিচ্ছেন।
