লোকসভার সদস্য হিসেবে শপথ নিলেন রাহুল গান্ধী (Rahul Gandhi)। হাতে সংবিধানের বুকলট নিয়ে শপথ নেন কংগ্রেস সাংসদ। শপথ পাঠের পর 'জয় সংবিধান' স্লোগান দিতেও দেখা যায় কংগ্রেস সাংসদকে। প্রসঙ্গত, এবার উত্তরপ্রদেশের রায়বেরিলি এবং কেরলের ওয়েনাড়, দুই কেন্দ্র থেকে জয়ী হন রাহুল গান্ধী। তবে ওয়েনাড় থেকে নয়, রায়বেরিলির সাংসদ হিসেবেই আজ সংসদে শপথ নেন রাহুল গান্ধী। ওয়েনাড়ে রাহুল গান্ধী ইস্তফা দেওয়ায় সেখানকার উপনির্বাচনে কংগ্রেসের হয়ে প্রিয়াঙ্কা গান্ধী লড়বেন বলে জানা যায়।
