সুরাটের আদালত মানহানির মামলায় দু বছরের জেলের সাজা শোনানোর পর অন্তর্বর্তী কালীন জামিনে আছেন কংগ্রেস নেতা রাহুল গান্ধী।ইতিমধ্যেই পদবী বিতর্কে খোয়া গেছে সাংসদ পদ। আজ সেই পদবী বিতর্ক মামলা ওঠার কথা বিহারের পাটনার এম পি-এম এল এ আদালতে। তবে আদালতে রাহুল গান্ধী নিজে উপস্থিত হবেন কিনা তা স্পষ্ট নয়।
