পাঞ্জাবঃ পাঞ্জাবের এক মর্মান্তিক ঘটনা সামনে আসে।পথগামী কুকুরদের উপর গুলি চালায় এক ব্যক্তি ঘটনাটি ২৩ডিসেম্বর পাঞ্জাবের(Punjab) লুধিয়ানায়(Ludhiana) ঘটে। রাস্তার থাকা সিসিটিভি ক্যামেরাতে ধরা পরে এই সম্পূর্ণ ঘটনাটি। ঘটনাটি প্রকাশ্যে আসতেই এসিপি বৈভব সেহগাল বলেন, "আমরা ভিডিওটির বিষয়ে অভিযোগ পেয়েছি, আমরা অভিযুক্তকে খুঁজে বার করার চেষ্ঠা করছি"।
