পাঞ্জাবে অস্ত্রের চোরাচালান রুখে দিল বিএসএফ।শনিবার সকালে সীমান্তে অস্ত্র পাচার করার সময় দুষ্কৃতিদের ধরে ফেলে বিএসএফ। দুপক্ষের মধ্যে গুলি বিনিময় হয়।ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে পাঞ্জাবের খাসওয়ালিতে বর্ডারের কাছে ।দুষ্কৃতিদের পক্ষ থেকেও গুলি চালানো হয়।পাল্টা গুলি চালায় বিএসএফও।
ঘটনায় বিএসএফের কেউ আহত হওয়ার খবর পাওয়া যায়নি। উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে ২০ প্যাকেট হেরোইন এবং প্রচুর অস্ত্র।পাঞ্জাব সীমান্তকে ব্যবহার করে পাকিস্তান থেকে ভারতে অস্ত্র থেকে মাদক চোরাচালান নতুন কিছু বিষয় নয়।
