আদালত অবমাননার মামলায় অতিরিক্ত মুখ্যসচিবকে কুড়ি হাজার টাকার জরিমানার আদেশ শোনাল পাটনা হাইকোর্টের বিচারপতি। রাজ্যে চুক্তিভিত্তিক শিক্ষদের নিয়োগকে কেন্দ্র করেই সঙ্গীতা কুমারী নামের একজন চাকরিপ্রার্থীর মামলার ভিত্তিতেই এই রায় বলে জানা গেছে।
সেপ্টেমবরের ৯ তারিখে এই মামলার শুনানি হয় . সেই মামলাতেই এই রায় বলে জানা গেছে।
