বিবাহবিচ্ছেদের পর স্বামীকে দেওয়া গয়না স্ত্রী ফেরত চাইতে পারেন, সদ্য এমনই রায় দিলেন কেরল হাইকোর্ট ( Kerala High Court)। বিবাহবিচ্ছেদের পর স্ত্রী যদি প্রমাণ করতে পারেন নির্দিষ্ট গয়নাগুলো বিবাহের সময় স্বামীকে অর্পণ করা হয়েছিল, কেবল সেই প্রমাণের ভিত্তিতেই স্ত্রী স্বামীর কাছ থেকে গয়নাগুলো ফেরতের দাবি করতে পারেন।
