ফের মুম্বই (Mumbai) থেকে উদ্ধার হল বিপুল পরিমানের মাদক। জানা যাচ্ছে, কমপক্ষে ৫৯৪ গ্রাম মাদক উদ্ধার হয়েছে। যার বাজারমূল্য ২.৩৭ কোটি টাকা। এই ঘটনায় মুম্বইয়ের ক্রাইম ব্রাঞ্চের অ্যান্টি নারকোটিক্স বিভাগ ইতিমধ্যেই ৪ জনকে গ্রেফতার করেছে। জানা যাচ্ছে, এরা সকলেই উত্তরপ্রদেশ ও উত্তরাখণ্ডের বাসিন্দা। প্রাথমিক তদন্তে পুলিশ জানিয়েছে এরা সকলেই মুম্বইতে হেরোইন সাপ্লাই করতে এসেছিল। অভিযুক্তদের মালাড ও মালভানি এলাকা থেকে গ্রেফতার করা হয়েছে। আধিকারিকদের অনুমান, এই চক্রে আরও অনেকে জড়িত থাকতে পারে।
