SC On Unnatural Death Of Wife In Matrimonial Home: বিয়ের সাত বছরের মধ্যে স্ত্রীয়ের অস্বাভাবিক মৃত্যু হলে সেই মৃত্যুকে যৌতুকের জন্যে 'খুন' বলে স্বামীকে দোষী সাব্যস্ত করার জন্যে যথেষ্ট নয়। বৃহস্পতিবার সুপ্রিম কোর্ট (Supreme Court) রায় দিয়েছে যে, বিয়ের সাত বছরের মধ্যে শ্বশুরবাড়িতে কোন স্ত্রীর অস্বাভাবিক মৃত্যু ঘটলে সেই মৃত্যুর পিছনে স্বামীর যৌতুকের স্বার্থ রয়েছে, তা প্রমাণ করার জন্যে যথেষ্ট কারণ নয়।
