Securities and Exchange Board of India: নিয়ম লঙ্ঘনের জন্য বোম্বাই শেয়ার বাজার কর্তৃপক্ষকে ২৫ লক্ষ টাকা জরিমানা করল সেবি
ভারতের নিরাপত্তা ও বিনিময় পর্ষদ (SEBI) তাদের করেছে। মূল্য ভিত্তিক কর্পোরেটের শেয়ারের দাম বিষয়ক তথ্য প্রচার, দালালদের বাণিজ্যিক লেনদেনের ওপর যথাযথ নজরদারি না চালানো এবং দোষীদের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের ব্যর্থতার জন্য এই জরিমানা করা হয়েছে। ২০২১-এর ফেব্রুয়ারি মাস থেকে ২০২২-এর সেপ্টেম্বর পর্যন্ত শেয়ার লেনদেনের তথ্য যাচাইয়ের পর এবিষয়ে অনিয়ম ধরা পরে. এরপরই সেবির পক্ষ থেকে বিএসই-কে কারণ দর্শানোর নোটিশ পাঠানো হয়।এই নোটিশের জবাব সন্তোষজনক না হওয়ায় শেয়ার বাজার কর্তৃপক্ষের বিরুদ্ধে শাস্তিমূলক এই ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হয়েছে।
