মেয়েকে খুন করে আত্মহত্যার চেষ্টা মায়ের। মুম্বইয়ের (Mumbai) বরিভালি এলাকায় চাঞ্চল্যকর ঘটনা। নিজের ১১ বছরের মেয়েকে খুন করে গলায় দড়ি দিয়ে আত্মহত্যার চেষ্টা করেন রেখা সলাঙ্কি নামের বছর ৪৬-এর মহিলা। মহিলার স্বামী পুলিশের কাছে গিয়ে গোটা ঘটনাটি জানান। পুলিশ এসে মহিলাকে হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করেছে। নাবালিকা মেয়ের দেহ পাঠানো হয়েছে ময়নাতদন্তের জন্যে। মহিলার বিরুদ্ধে দণ্ড বিধির অধীনে ৩০২ (খুন), ৩০৯ (আত্মহত্যার চেষ্টা) ধারায় অভিযোগ দায়ের করেছে পুলিশ। তদন্ত চলছে।
