বেঙ্গালুরুর একটি আসবাবপত্র শোরুমে ভয়াবহ অগ্নিকাণ্ড। হোরামাও আউটার রিং রোডে অবস্থিত স্ট্যানলি ফার্নিচার শোরুমে (Furniture Showroom) দিওয়ালি উৎসবের দিন এই অগ্নিকাণ্ড ঘটে। ঘটনাটি মধ্যরাতের দিকে ঘটে, পাঁচ তলা বিল্ডিংটি তিনটি কোম্পানির ব্যপক ক্ষতি হয়েছে। ওই বিল্ডিংয়ের পার্শ্ববর্তী কোচিং সেন্টার ও আইটি কোম্পানিরও উল্লেখযোগ্য ক্ষতি হয়েছে। শর্ট সার্কিটের কারণে আগুন লেগে থাকতে পারে বলে প্রাথমিক ধারণা করা হচ্ছে। ফায়ার ব্রিগেডেরে কর্মীদের সাহায্যে বিল্ডিংয়ে আটকে থাকা রক্ষীদের নিরাপদে উদ্ধার করা সম্ভব হয়েছে। আরও পড়ুন: West Bengal: শিলিগুড়িতে কাপড়ের দোকানে আগুন, ভস্মীভূত ২ টি দোকান
