Kangana Ranaut vs Javed Akhtar: কঙ্গনার অভিযোগের পর দায়রা আদালতে গীতিকার জাভেদ আখতার, ৮ তারিখ হবে শুনানি
জাভেদ আখতারের বিরুদ্ধে ভারতীয় দণ্ডবিধির ৫০৬ (অপরাধমূলক ভয় দেখানো) এবং ৫০৯ (একজন মহিলার শালীনতার অবমাননা) ধারায় অভিযোগ করেন কঙ্গনা রানাউত। সেই অভিযোগে ডেকে পাঠানো হয় জাভেদ আখতারকে।
কঙ্গনা রানাউত (Kangana Ranaut) ও হৃত্বিক রোশনের দ্বন্দ্বে নাম জড়িয়েছিল গীতিকার জাভেদ আখতারেরও (Javed Akhtar)। কঙ্গনা দাবি করেন তাঁকে হৃত্বিকের কাছে ক্ষমা চাইতে বারংবার চাপ দিচ্ছেন জাভেদ আখতার।। এই ঘটনার পরই কঙ্গনার (Kangana Ranaut) বিরুদ্ধে মানহানির অভিযোগ দায়ের করেন জাভেদ আখতার (Javed Akhtar)। পাল্টা, কঙ্গনা (Kangana Ranaut) পাল্টা জাভেদ আখতারের বিরুদ্ধে ভারতীয় দণ্ডবিধির ৫০৬ (অপরাধমূলক ভয় দেখানো) এবং ৫০৯ (একজন মহিলার শালীনতার অবমাননা) ধারায় অভিযোগ করেন। সেই অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতে আন্ধেরির আদালত জাভেদ আখতারকে ৫ আগস্ট আদালতে হাজির হওয়ার জন্য সমন জারি করেছে। তবে জানা গেছে গীতিকার জাভেদ আখতার আন্ধেরি আদালতের দ্বারা জারি করা সমনের বিরুদ্ধে দায়রা আদালতে গেছেন। আগামী ৮ আগস্ট যার শুনানি হবে।
