হিমাচল প্রদেশের (Himachal Pradesh) কুলু মানালিতে (Mullu Manali) ভারি তুষারপাত। বরফে ঢেকে গিয়েছে গোটা এলাকা। বরফ জমার ফলে রাস্তাঘাট পিচ্ছিল হয়ে গিয়েছে। যানবাহন নিয়ে যাতায়াত করতে সমস্যায় পড়ছেন এলাকাবাসী থেকে শুরু করে পর্যটকরা। ৩ এপ্রিল কুলি এবং লাহৌল স্পিতি জেলায় ব্যাপক তুষারপাত হয়েছে। যার ফলে ভোগান্তি পর্যটকদের।
