Drug Peddling in Assam: সাবানের বাক্সে লুকিয়ে মাদক পাচার, উদ্ধার ৫ কোটির হেরোইন
হাইওয়েতে গাড়ি চেকিংয়ের সময়ে উদ্ধার হয়েছে ওই মাদক। সাবানের বাক্সের মধ্যে লুকিয়ে পাচার পচ্ছিল হেরোইন।
অসমের (Assam) কাছড় জেলা থেকে ৫ কোটি মূল্যের মাদক বাজেয়াপ্ত করল পুলিশ। মণিপুর এবং মিজোরামের আন্তঃরাজ্য সীমান্তের কাছে দুটি ভিন্ন স্থান থেকে ওই বিপুল পরিমাণ মাদক উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে। এক পুলিশ কর্মকর্তা জানান, হাইওয়েতে গাড়ি চেকিংয়ের সময়ে উদ্ধার হয়েছে ওই মাদক। সাবানের বাক্সের মধ্যে লুকিয়ে পাচার পচ্ছিল হেরোইন। উদ্ধার হওয়া মাদকের ওজন ৭৮০ গ্রাম।
In two separate incidents, #Assam Police seized drugs worth Rs 5 crore in Cachar district and arrested five persons in connection, officials said.
The narcotics were seized from two different places near inter-state borders with #Manipur and #Mizoram.
