মোবাইল ফোন আধিকারিকদের প্রতিবাদ দেখিয়ে বার্তা পাঠালে গ্রেফতার করা যাবে না, জানাল বোম্বে হাইকোর্ট (Bombay High Court)। শনিবার কোর্ট রায় দিয়েছে, মোবাইল কোন কর্তাদের বিক্ষোভ দেখিয়ে মেসেজ করলে নাগরিকদের বিরুদ্ধে মামলা কিংবা তাঁদের গ্রেফতার করা যাবে না।
