বুধবার ঝাড়খণ্ডে বেআইনি ভাবে জমির মালিকানা বদল চক্রের সঙ্গে যোগের অভিযোগে ইডির হাতে গ্রেফতার হন হেমন্ত। তবে গ্রেফতারির আগে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী পদে ইস্তফা দিয়েছিলেন তিনি।
হেমন্ত সোরেনের (Hemant Soren) পর ঝাড়খণ্ডের নয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী হলেন চম্পই সোরেন (Champai Soren)। আজ শুক্রবার রাঁচিতে (Ranchi) রাজভবনে গিয়ে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী পদে শপথ নিলেন ঝাড়খণ্ড মুক্তি মোর্চার (JMM) উপরাষ্ট্রপতি চম্পই। বুধবার ঝাড়খণ্ডে বেআইনি ভাবে জমির মালিকানা বদল চক্রের সঙ্গে যোগের অভিযোগে ইডির হাতে গ্রেফতার হন হেমন্ত। তবে গ্রেফতারির আগে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী পদে ইস্তফা দিয়েছিলেন তিনি।
