মোষের (Buffalo) পিঠে চড়ে পঞ্চায়েত নির্বাচনের মনোনয়ন জমা দিতে এলেন প্রার্থী। বিহারের কাটিহার জেলার রামপুর পঞ্চায়েত নির্বাচনে প্রার্থী হয়েছেন আজাদ আলম (Azad Alam)। তিনি গতকাল মোষের পিঠে চড়ে মনোনয়ন জমা দিতে এসেছিলেন।
