স্বল্পমূল্যের স্যানিটারি প্যাডের জন্য দরবার করেছিল ছাত্রী। তা শুনে ওই ছাত্রীর দিকে তীর্যক মন্তব্য ছুঁড়ে দিলেন বিহারের মহিলা উন্নয়ন কর্পোরেশনের ম্যানেজিং ডিরেক্টর তথা আইএএস হরজোত কৌর ভামরা (Harjot Kaur Bhamra) । ছাত্রীর উদ্দেশ্যে তাঁর প্রশ্ন, 'কন্ডোমও চাই?' এহেন মন্তব্য করে বেজায় ফেঁসেছেন ওই আইএএস। ইতিমধ্যেই তাঁর বেফাঁস মন্তব্যের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে জবাবদিহি চেয়েছে জাতীয় মহিলা কমিশন।
