Mumbai's Monorail Service Temporarily Suspended: যান্ত্রিক ত্রুটির কারণে এক মাসে দুবার বন্ধ মুম্বইয়ের মনোরেল, সাময়িক পরিষেবা বন্ধ রাখার সিদ্ধান্ত কর্তৃপক্ষের
সাময়িকের জন্য স্থগিত রাখা হচ্ছে মুম্বইয়ের মনোরেল পরিষেবা (Mumbai's Monorail Service )। গত কয়েক দিনে একাধিকবার বিপত্তি হয়েছে মুম্বইয়ের মনোরেল পরিষেবায়। দিন কয়েক আগেই যান্ত্রিক ত্রুটির কারণে বন্ধ হয়ে যায় মুম্বইয়ের মনোরেল। এর পরেই এই পরিষেবা সাময়িক বন্ধ রাখার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছেন আধিকারিকরা।মুম্বই মেট্রোপলিটন রিজিওন ডেভেলপমেন্ট অথরিটি (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority ) জানিয়েছে, ২০ সেপ্টেম্বর থেকে মনোরেল পরিষেবা সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত রাখা হবে। মুম্বইবাসীর জন্য নিরাপদ ও মসৃণ যাত্রা নিশ্চিত করতে, নতুন রোলিং স্টকের দ্রুত ইন্টিগ্রেশন, উন্নত সিবিটিসি সিগন্যালিং আপগ্রেড এবং বিদ্যমান পরিকাঠামোর সংস্কার করা হবে। এই কাজ শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত তা বন্ধ থাকবে। তবে কত দিন মনোরেল চলাচল বন্ধ রাখা হবে তা জানানো হয়নি।
