মুম্বইয়ে বিদ্যুৎ বিভ্রাট। শহরের অনেক অংশে বিদ্যুৎ সরবরাহ বন্ধ হয়ে গিয়েছে। যার কারণে স্তব্ধ হয়ে গিয়েছে রেলের চাকাও। ওয়েস্টার্ন রেলওয়ে জানিয়েছে, সকাল ৯টা ৪২টা থেকে আন্ধেরি এবং চার্চগেটের মধ্যে বিদ্যুৎ সরবরাহ নেই। যার কারণে লোকাল ট্রেন চলাচল বন্ধ হয়ে গিয়েছে।
