মিলল না রেহাই! রাঁচির আদালতে মোদি পদবি বিতর্ক মামলায় স্বশরীরে হাজিরা দিতেই হবে রাহুল গান্ধীকে
মোদি পদবি নিয়ে বিতর্কিত মন্তব্য করার জেরে কংগ্রেস নেতা রাহুল গান্ধীর নামে সুরাটের পাশাপাশি মানহানির মামলা হয়েছিল বিহার ও ঝাড়খণ্ডের রাজধানী রাঁচির আদালতে।
মোদি পদবি (Modi Surname) নিয়ে বিতর্কিত মন্তব্য করার জেরে কংগ্রেস নেতা রাহুল গান্ধীর নামে (Gujarat) সুরাটের (Surat) পাশাপাশি মানহানির মামলা (defamation case) হয়েছিল বিহার (Bihar) ও ঝাড়খণ্ডের (Jharkhand) রাজধানী রাঁচির (Ranchi) আদালতে।
বিহারের আদালতে কংগ্রেস নেতা রাহুল গান্ধীর (Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi) হাজিরা না দেওয়ার আবেদন গৃহীত হলেও রাঁচির এমপি-এমএলএ আদালতে (MP/MLA court) তা খারিজ হয়ে গেল। এর ফলে রাঁচির আদালতে জনৈক প্রদীপ মোদির (Pradeep Modi) দায়ের করা মামলায় স্বশরীরে হাজিরা দিতেই হবে রাহুল গান্ধীকে।
