কয়েকদিনের প্রবল বৃষ্টির জেরে খুলে দেওয়া হয়েছে হরিয়ানার বাঁধ। এর ফলে যুমনা নদীতে জল বেড়ে ভয়াবহ পরিস্থিতি তৈরি হয়েছে দিল্লির।
