সময় মত টাকা ফেরৎ দিতে পারেননি বলে বন্ধুর স্ত্রীকে হেনস্থার অভিযোগ উঠল। সময় মত টাকা ফেরৎ দিতে না পারায়, বন্ধুর স্ত্রীর সঙ্গে জোর করে যৌন হেনস্থা এবং তাঁর সঙ্গে শারীরিক সম্পর্ক স্থাপনের চেষ্টার অভিযোগ উঠল এক ব্যক্তির বিরুদ্ধে। প্রায় স্বামীর সামনেই তাঁর স্ত্রীকে যৌন হেনস্থা করেন ওই ব্যক্তি। এমনই অভিযোগ ওঠে পুণের বাসিন্দা ইমতিয়াজ হাসিল শেখ নামে এক ব্যক্তির বিরুদ্ধে। বছর ৪৭-এর ওই ব্যক্তি বন্ধুর স্ত্রীর যৌন হেনস্থা করেন বলে অভিযোগ।
