কাশি আসন থেকে পরাজিত হতে পারেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী (Narendra Modi)। জৌনপুরে ভোটের প্রচারে হাজির হয়ে এবার এমনই মন্তব্য করলেনসমাজবাদী পার্টির প্রধান অখিলেশ যাদব (Akhilesh Yadav)। জৌনপুরের জনসভায় হাজির হয়ে উত্তরপ্রদেশের প্রাক্তন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন, প্রথমে তিনি ভেবেছিলেন ৮০-র মধ্যে ৭৯টি আসন জিতবে ইন্ডিয়া জোট। কিন্তু যবে যেকে প্রয়াগরাজ, আজমপুর, জৌনপুর থেকে সমর্থন আসতে শুরু করেছে, তখন কাশি আসন জেতাও অসম্ভব মনে হচ্ছে না। ফলে কাশি থেকে এবার প্রধানমন্ত্রী হারতে পারেন বলে মন্তব্য করেন অখিলেশ যাদব।
