লখিমপুর খেরিতে হিংসার কাণ্ডের জেরে কেন্দ্রীয় মন্ত্রী অজয় কুমার মিশ্রার ছেলে আশিষ মিশ্রাকে অর্নতবর্তীকালীন জামিনের মেয়াদ বৃদ্ধি করল শীর্ষ আদালত। বিচারপতি সূর্যকান্ত নেতৃত্বধীন বেঞ্চ মামলা সমন্ধীয় কোন রিপোর্ট পায়নি।
বিষয়টিকে মুলতুবি করে দিয়ে বেঞ্চ কোর্ট রেজিস্ট্রিকে স্ট্যাটাস রিপোর্ট নিয়ে আসার জন্য জানিয়েছে।এবং ততক্ষনের জন্য অর্ন্তবর্তী জামিনের নির্দেশ বহাল রাখা হয়েছে আদালতের তরফে।
