কানপুরে রেলওয়ে ট্র্যাকের কাছে একটি নির্জন জায়গায় মৃত অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেল দ্বাদশ শ্রেণির এক ছাত্রকে। তাকে তার স্কুল টাই দিয়ে শ্বাসরোধ করে হত্যা করা হয়েছে বলে জানিয়েছে পুলিশ। তদন্ত চলছে-
