স্বামীকে শেষ বিদায় জানালেন কর্নেল মনপ্রীত সিংয়ের স্ত্রী। শুক্রবার স্বামীকে চোখের জলে শেষ বিদায় জানান মনপ্রীতের স্ত্রী। পাঞ্জাবের মোহালির মুল্লানপুর গরিবদাসে শেষকৃত্য সম্পন্ন হচ্ছে অনন্তনাগ এনকাউন্টারে শহিদ মনপ্রীত সিংয়ের। সেখানেই চোখের জলে শেষ বিদায় জানান মনপ্রীতের স্ত্রী। যা দেখে চোখে জল ধরে রাখতে পারেননি বহু মানুষ।বুধবার থেকে অনন্তনাগের কোকেরনাগে সেনা, জঙ্গি গুলির লড়াই শুরু হয়েছে। কোকেরনাগে লস্কর জঙ্গিদের একটি দল লুকিয়ে রয়েছে বলে খবর মেলে মঙ্গলবার। ফলে বুধবার ভোর থেকে অনন্তনাগ জুড়ে একযোগে তল্লাশি অভিযান শুরু করে সেনা বাহিনী এবং জম্মু কাশ্মীর পুলিশ। যার জেরে কর্নেল মনপ্রীত সিং, মেজর আশিস ধনচচোক এবং জম্মু কাশ্মীর পুলিশের ডিএসপি হুমায়ুন ভাটের গুলি লেগে মৃত্যু হয়।
