৭৮ তম স্বাধীনতা দিবসের আগে নতুন করে সেজে উঠছে উপত্যকা। উপত্যকা জুড়ে জনতার স্বতস্ফূর্ত তিরঙ্গা র্যালি, হর ঘর তিরঙ্গা মিশনের পর এবার জম্মু কাশ্মীরের বিভিন্ন রাস্তা ও সেতু সেজে উঠেছে তিন রঙের যাদুতে। রাতের আকাশে জম্মু ও কাশ্মীরের ডোডায় চেনাব নদীর উপর সেতুরা তেরঙ্গা আলো সকলের মন ভরিয়ে দিয়েছে। এমনকি শ্রীনগরের রাস্তার ধারে থাকা ল্যাম্পপোস্টের গায়েও রঙ লেগেছে স্বাধীনতার।
