জুলাই, সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে এল নিনো পরিস্থিতির পরিবর্তন হবে। ইঙ্গিত দেওয়া হয়েছে আবহাওয়া দফতরের তরফে। হাওয়া অফিসের তরফে জানানো হয়, বেশিরভাগ মডেল জুলাই থেকে সেপ্টেম্বর মাসের আশেপাশে গঠিত হয়। ওই মডেলগুলি দক্ষিণ-পশ্চিম মৌসুমী বায়ুর জন্য অনুকূল বলে বিবেচিত হয়।
