দুপুর ২টোর সময় শুরু হবে জেনারেল রাওয়াতের শেষ যাত্রা। আজ বিকেল ৪টে নাগাদ সময় পূর্ণ সামরিক মর্যাদায় সঙ্গে রাওয়াতের শেষকৃত্য সম্পন্ন হবে দিল্লি ক্যান্টনমেন্টে ব্রার স্কয়ার শ্মশানে।
হেলিকপ্টার দুর্ঘটনায় মৃত্যু হওয়া দেশের প্রথম চিফ অফ ডিফেন্স স্টাফ জেনারেল বিপিন রাওয়াত (General Bipin Rawat)-সহ ১১ জন সেনা কর্মীর আজ শেষকৃত্য (Last Rites) হবে। ইতিমধ্য়েই ৩ কামরাজ মার্গের বাড়িতে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়েছে জেনারেল রাওয়াত ও তাঁর স্ত্রী মধুলিকা রাওয়াতের দেহ। সেখানে বিপিন রাওয়াতকে শেষ শ্রদ্ধা জানালেন কেন্দ্রীয় স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী অমিত শাহ (Amit Shah)।
